Stir-fry pasta with Zucchini and Feta cheese
This pot of the day is also very simple. Carbs (Pasta), protein (feta cheese), and vegetables (Tomato, Zucchini) together make a healthy, quick and colourful dinner.
1. Cook pasta in boiling water for 8-10 minutes (we used whole wheat pasta here), meanwhile chop vegies and cheese.
2. Stir-fry vegies until soft, add feta for 2 minutes in the end so it gets heated
3. Drain pasta. Mix, eat.
